Size ≠ Shape: The Truth Most Hat Companies Ignore

Here's what most folks (and brands) won't tell you:

• Hats are made on molds called “blocks,” and not all blocks are the same shape.
• Some hats fit round heads best, some are made for longer ovals, and some work for just about everyone.
• You might be a size 7 1/4, but if you grab two hats from different molds in that size, they can still feel totally different.
