What Does the Warranty Cover?
We warranty against any MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.
You deserve to have the best quality hat that we can provide. If there are any issues with the construction of the hat, let us know so we can make it right.
What are Manufacturing Defects?
A defect is anything caused during manufacturing that makes the hat structurally unsound, visually flawed, or unable to perform its intended function.
Structural Flaws
Wires separating from the brim, causing the hat to lose its shape.
Material Defects
Paint peeling, cracks, or holes in the material (not from normal wear).
Stitching & Assembly
Loose stitching, improperly attached sweatband, or mis-set eyelets.
WE DO NOT COVER WEAR AND TEAR FROM EVERY-DAY HAT USE OR FIT ISSUES.
Incorrect sizing is not be a manufacturing defect. It is important you measure your head circumference before ordering and select your size based on your measurements.
