The"Cheese and Thank You" gift box includes an assortment cheeses specially picked to give thanks, including Cinderblock, our house-smoked cheddar, and Honey Sriracha Gouda, a crowd favorite. A "thank you" gift sure to impress!
Note: Contents may vary slightly from listed depending upon seasonal availability. We are no longer carrying the pictured Wisconsin Gruyère and it will be replaced by the 8-year aged cheddar in this box.
- Six 6 oz. blocks of artisan Wisconsin cheese (Dill Havarti, Smoked 3 Amigos Gouda, Honey Sriracha Gouda, Smoked Gouda, Cinderblock Smoked Cheddar and Fratello (an original, meltable Italian blend)
- One 5 oz. blocks of signature Wisconsin cheese (8-year aged cheddar)

Mindful Packing & Shipping
We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.
*Please note that insulated shipping in the summer and to locations above 60 degrees will alter the appearance of this collection as pictured.
Keep it Fresh Tips:
- All of our cheeses last a year or more, sealed in the fridge (they should not be frozen - exceptions below)
- Cheese Spreads last 10 months inthe fridge
- Cheese curds should be enjoyed or frozen within 2 weeks of delivery for best flavor; they can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months

- "Bantam" Honey Sriracha Gouda: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring. Flavoring: Honey granules, salt, spices, dextrose, onion, sriracha sauce (aged cayenne red peppers, vinegar, garlic), sugar, brown sugar, garlic powder, maltodextrin, sodium diacetate, natural flavor.
- 3 Amigos: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, jalapeno, habanero, chipotle peppers, annatto coloring.
- Gouda: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring.
- "Cinderblock" Smoked Cheddar: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring.
- "Old Smoky" Smoked Gouda: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring.
- "Harvest" Dill Havarti: Cultured pasteurized milk and cream, salt, dill, enzymes, annatto coloring."
