Keep it Fresh Tips: 

• All of our cheeses last a year or more, sealed in the fridge (they should not be frozen - exceptions below)
• Cheese Spreads last 10 months inthe fridge
• Cheese curds should be enjoyed or frozen within 2 weeks of delivery for best flavor; they can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months

*NOTE we are currently out of the Bloody Mary, Buffalo Wing, Cajun & Jamaican Jerk Curds. They will be replaced with other flavors in this box at this time. We will also be using the Blueberry Jalapeño jam instead of the Cherry Lavender. See content list below.

  We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.
