If spicy is what they're after, spicy is what you'll give with this hot and toasty collection. We include four of our spiciest cheeses, from the relatively tame Honey Sriracha Gouda to our burning hot "El Diablo" Scorpion Pepper Gouda. To top it off we've included two of our favorite locally produced hot sauces, both as flavorful as they are spicy. So strap in and get ready to feel the burn!

- One 6 oz. block of "El Diablo" Scorpion Pepper Gouda
- One 6 oz. block of "Bantam" Honey Sriracha Gouda
- One 6 oz. block of "El Perrito" Mango Habanero Gouda
- One 6 oz. block of Smoked "3 Amigos" Jalapeno, Chipotle, and Habanero Gouda
- One 8 oz. jar of Holy Ghost hot sauce from Bushel & Peck of Beloit, WI
- One 8 oz. jar of Fatalii Attraction hot sauce from Bushel & Peck
Keep it Fresh:
- All of our cheeses last a year or more, sealed in the fridge (they should not be frozen - exceptions below)
- Cheese spreads last 10 months in the fridge
- Cheese curds should be enjoyed or frozen within 2 weeks of delivery for best flavor; they can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months
*If temperatures at your location are above 60 degrees, your package will arrive in an insulated box and not in the pictured gift box.

"El Diablo" Scorpion Pepper Gouda: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, scorpion chili peppers, annatto coloring.
"Bantam" Honey Sriracha Gouda: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring. Flavoring: Honey granules, salt, spices, dextrose, onion, sriracha sauce (aged cayenne red peppers, vinegar, garlic), sugar, brown sugar, garlic powder, maltodextrin, sodium diacetate, natural flavor.
"El Perrito" Mango Habanero Gouda: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring. Flavoring: Sugar, dried honey (refinery syrup, honey), maltodextrin, habanero peppers, spices, natural mango flavor.
3 Amigos: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, jalapeno, habanero, chipotle peppers, annatto coloring.

Mindful Packing & Shipping
We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.*Please note that insulated shipping in the summer and to locations above 60 degrees will alter the appearance of this collection as pictured.
